You are hereby summoned to attend the Meeting of Dunston with Coppenhall Parish Council scheduled to take place on Monday 2nd November 2026 7:30pm at Coppenhall Village Hall.

To all residents of the Parish, you are welcome to join the Parish Council Meeting on Monday 2nd November 2026 7:30pm at Coppenhall Village Hall.

AGENDA

1. Chairman’s welcome, and receive apologies for absence.

2. Councillors to declare any interests or dispensations relating to items on the agenda.

3. To consider signing and approving the Minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 17th September

2026.

4. Public open Forum – Members of the public are invited to address the Council on any issue over

which it has power for up to 5 minutes each.

5. To discuss any matters arising:

a. The Parish Council to consider the co-option of Mr M. Robinson for the Coppenhall ward. Only

temporary co-options of councillors can happen after 10th November until the elections 6th May

2027.

b. Notice boards for Dunston and Coppenhall. The Parish Council to discuss replacing the

noticeboards for both villages.

c. The Chair to give an update from the site visit at Coppenhall regarding the Speed Indicator

Devices.

6. To receive reports from District & County Councillors if in attendance.

7. Financial matters;

a. To approve any payments of current invoices

b. To approve grant applications received.

i. Dunston Village Hall – Christmas Tree

ii. Hyde Lea and Coppenhall Village Hall – Reuseable Christmas Wreath

8. To discuss Planning matters in the Parish.

9. To consider any Highways matters that need action and to review any previously reported.

10. Correspondence Received.

11. To discuss future meeting dates for Duston with Coppenhall Parish Council. Plan for 2027; Thursday

14th January (Dunston) – precept meeting, Monday 1st March (Hyde Lea and Coppenhall), Thursday

13th May (Dunston) – Annual Parish Meeting and Annual Meeting of the Parish Council, Monday 5th

July (Hyde Lea and Coppenhall), Thursday 2nd September (Dunston) and Monday 1st November

(Hyde Lea and Coppenhall)
